Revoltech : Patlabor Ingram 1

In the near future, robots are being used to do industrial work such as construction. These robots are called Labors. With the increasing use of Labors, it didn’t take too long before criminals began using them for their own means. The Japanese Police force creates a division that utilizes Patalbors (Patrol Labors) to combat these new Labor crimes. The show Mobile Police Patlabor( which is directed by Mamoru Oshii, of the Ghost in the Shell fame) , tells the story of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Special Vehicle Section 2 . They are group of misfits that often serve as the laughing stock of the police force.
Ok. Back it up!

They have two Patlabors on the force. Unit 2 is piloted by Noa Izumi, a very talented female pilot who LOVES her labor( she even named it and everything). Unit 1 is piloted by Isao Ohta,  a hot-headed , trigger-happy cop, who is ready to shoot the crap out of any bad guy.

Pros
What is so great about Revoltech figures is the detail and the articulation. This figure is no exception.  They really did a great job at recreating Ohta’s Labor in such a small scale.
From the bolts in the head.

To the license plate on the back

To the lettering on the back

To the shield with "Special Vehicle Section 2" written on it, to the front license plate and it even has the crotch tow cable.

This figure also has all of the poseability you have grown to love from the Revoltech line. The Ingram can also stand on his own , without the need of the Revoltech stand,  which is nice since the figures looks much cleaner being displayed on its own.

Cons
My only major gripe is that the labor comes with only one gun, and it is attached to one of the extra right hands, which can make posing the figure a little tricky sometimes, since you have to move the whole hand to move the gun, and sometimes the alignment of the hand and gun look a bit funny.
"Freeze Simon! You are under arrest for believing the you that believes in you!"

Verdict
Detailed, highly poseable, a robot and cheap. Things can’t possibly get any better than this!  BUY, BUY , BUY!  This has been Mad Mecha!
YO! Where's my money at!
