Saint Seiya Myth Cloth Review: Sagittarius Appendix

I got this in this morning and all I have to say is "Wow". I am impressed by how amazingly sexy this appendix is .

I mainly got this appendix to replace the head on my existing Sagittarius myth cloth . At it looks way better!  The appendix comes with three heads ( two Aiolos and one Seiya) . The armor for the appendix is made of plastic( like all the others), but trading the die-cast in for better proportions and looks is well worth it . Besides the face and body, Bandai has overhauled the wing design. Although they do not move like the original wings, the looks much more like real wings since they fan out as such. Bandai also used a lighter outlining , they used a lighter shade of orange which blends in better with the gold of the armor and does not stand out so much.

Bandai  even fixed the symbol on the front of the chestplate

The appendix itself looks good on its own, especially with with the set of wings that has a short and long one.

I guess my one complaint would be that the wings on the appendix have much bigger pegs and thus cannot be placed on the original armor. So you have to choose between having a good looking appendix or replacing the old armor and face on the original.

  2. If you can find it for a good price it's worth it just to improve the Sagittarius Aiolos figure. If you don't have the original, I'd suggest maybe tracking down the EX version, it's newer and probably cheaper than the original myth cloth and appendix cost together. Thanks for reading!
